Privacy policy

This policy explains how One Mario, Hyderabad, Telangana, India handles personal data when you visit the ZodHR website, buy a subscription or use ZodHR. For employee data inside a customer’s workspace, the employer decides how it is used (the data fiduciary) and we process it on their behalf.

What we collect

Account and billing details: name, work email, mobile number, company name, GSTIN and billing address.

HR records your employer keeps in ZodHR: profile, job, attendance, leave, payroll and documents.

Attendance punches from biometric devices (the device user ID and time, not fingerprint or face templates, which stay on the device), and your location at check-in when your employer turns on geofencing.

Technical data: IP address, browser and actions taken, used for security and audit.

Payments

Card, UPI, net banking and wallet details are entered directly into Razorpay’s secure checkout and handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment status and reference, never your card or bank details.

How we use it

To provide and secure ZodHR, process payments and send invoices, send service emails such as sign-in, verification and renewal reminders, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

AI features

When someone uses Zod AI, their question and the data needed to answer it are processed by AI models on Microsoft Azure to generate a reply. This data is not used to train models, and employers can turn AI features off.

Sharing and storage

We share data only with providers that host and run ZodHR (cloud hosting and database, email delivery, Razorpay for payments and Microsoft Azure for AI), under contracts that protect it, or where the law requires.

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers and may be processed on servers outside India.

Cookies

ZodHR uses cookies only to keep you signed in and secure. The website does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

Data is kept while the employer’s subscription is active and deleted on request after it ends. To access, correct or erase your data, contact your employer’s HR team, or write to us at [email protected].
