The service
ZodHR is cloud software for HR, attendance, leave, payroll, hiring and performance, provided to businesses on a subscription. It is used in a web browser and on mobile; nothing is shipped.
Plans, licences and trial
Plans, prices and what each plan includes are listed on zodhr.com/pricing. A subscription is a number of licences for a monthly or annual term; each active employee in your workspace uses one licence, and offboarded employees do not.
Every plan can be tried free for 14 days without payment details. At the end of the trial you can buy a subscription to keep using the workspace.
You may add licences at any time; added licences are charged pro rata for the rest of the current term and renew with the subscription. Reductions and downgrades take effect at renewal.
The person who buys the subscription becomes the workspace administrator and is responsible for the accounts they create.
Prices, payment and invoices
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate and shown before you pay. A GST tax invoice is emailed to the billing contact after every payment.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. One Mario never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
Renewal and non-payment
Subscriptions do not renew or charge you automatically. We remind you before your term ends, and you renew by paying online.
If a subscription is not renewed, the workspace gets a 7-day grace period and is then paused. Your data is kept, and access returns as soon as you renew.
Cancellation and refunds
You can stop using ZodHR at any time. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and refund policy.
Your data
You own the data you put into ZodHR. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy, and act as your data processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your employees’ personal data, including attendance, location and payroll data, and for informing them about it.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse ZodHR, try to access another customer’s data, interfere with the service, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Availability and support
We aim to keep ZodHR available at all times except for planned maintenance, which we announce in advance where possible. Support is available at [email protected] or +91 80193 93337.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for ZodHR in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell workspace administrators about material changes by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
